Self promotion is one of the most important things when it comes to promoting your business.
There is nothing better than promoting your business to potential customers when you have the chance.
However, how far would you go?

Therefore, when you submit articles to article directories, be modest. Do not include links in the body text, as this is usually not allowed.
The best place for self promotion is always at the designated area – the resource box.
What happen when you are too obsess with promoting your business?
1. You are actually scaring your potential customers away because you are seen as a promotion freak.
2. Most of your articles will be rejected.
3. Your articles will be non-beneficial to anyone.
So, in order to ensure that these do not happen to you, make sure you do everything you can to avoid it.

Yes, sometimes self promotion itself gets carried away…
Self promotion is important but it is not ethical to promote yourself in every way you can think of.
